Medal System

Since Casteyn previously recommended that the awards should show up in user profiles Kryten did it. But the average page load should be 80kb. For awards they make it around 31kb, extra. So I would like to propose an idea. We could have a Medal system. An user:
*with 4 awards could be given a bronze medal.
*with 4 to 7 awards could have a silver medal.
*with 7 or more awards could have a Gold Medal.

All these medals could show up in user profiles, rather than so many awards. And we could have a java script which allows to see what awards the user has, by placing mouse on the Medals. They medals like much more cooler. I can make 3 medals if you want. I have 3 designs made already.

Not needed. The awards are there for specific purposes. Its an easy system to use, and complicating it with medals will simply not be worth it.

How will you display more than 4 awards? You said that they were limited. I think you could reconsider it. GTAForums uses such a feature too.

It is limited by me. Its not limited by the software, but rather my decision to not overcrowd the page. The full amount of awards is still visible through ones profile page.

I believe we'd a few more awards like contribution award, helpfulness award etc... Kryten said that he would reinstall those.

Silly. I'm not talking about Annual awards. There were General awards too. I believe Andy had coded them back in MyBB.
