Catch Jose Gonzalez Performing "Far Away" from Red Dead Redemption Live at the 2010 Spike Video Game Awards this Saturday

This Saturday, December 11th, tune in to the 2010 Spike Video Game Awards to catch Jose Gonzalez as he performs his Best Song In A Game nominated "Far Away" from the Red Dead Redemption Original Soundtrack live during the telecast.



Red Dead Redemption is nominated for a total of nine category awards in this year's show, including noms for Game of the Year, Studio of the Year (Rockstar San Diego) and Best Original Score.

Yea...Its gotta get Game of the Year...there are a cpl that might compete but overall, its the best this year, imo.

And it is on Spike TV, Cage...not sure if you all have that channel in England (doubt it tho...).

And this is the first Gaming Awards show that I have actually wanted to see.

Far Away is supposed to play when you enter Mexico and take the horse on the shore. I heard that if you get off your horse the song stops. That is unconfirmed.

I missed it on my first play through because I wanted the Spurred to Victory achievement so I whistled for my Kentucky saddler. (It isn't affected, so take the horse on the shore, just don't hitch it!)
